Shipping

Peakhour Group Pty Ltd aims to satisfy every customer. We have created our shipping and returns policy with the customer in mind. When you place an order with us, you can login to your account at any time, and check on the progress of your order.

The shipping cost for Australian orders is shown at the checkout (currently $6.99 flat rate Australia wide) no matter how many items you purchase! Products are sent via registered Post Australia or Express Post Australia.

All orders at Peakhour Group are processed in Australian currency unless notified otherwise. All prices include GST.

For credit card transactions Peakhour Group reserves the right to check customers credit card details by asking for extra information to be supplied on any purchase. Failure to provide these details will void the transaction and the customers credit card will be refunded.

Purchases made by cheque or money order will not be sent until funds have been cleared.

Orders are usually delivered within 1-5 business days. Occasionally we may run out of a product. If this occurs, we will ship the order to the customer as soon as possible. If there will be an extended delay, the customer will be notified.

Orders from other countries will be charges a flat rate of $10.00 which does not include a tracking number or insurance, estimated delivery time is 7 – 10 days via Air.

Returns Information

Faulty Items:
If your item(s) appear damaged in transit, or if they are faulty, please notify us by email immediately so that we can assist to have these replaced (support@peakhour.com.au) or by calling 1300-85-PEAK and speak to one of our customer service representatives. Should you wish to keep the items anyway, please notify us in case there is a future claim on these product(s). Any claims regarding a faulty on arrival item must be made by email without unreasonable delay. Once notified promptly by email we will issue you with a return authorisation (RA) number. For early life failure (ELF) replacements, please notify us by email during business hours within the relevant manufacturer time period (usually 14 days). All mobile phone and PDA handset devices are covered by a 12 month manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturer warranty and early life failure replacements are in addition to any statutory rights you may have. We reserve the right to refuse any warranty claims in which there is evidence of unreasonable care made to the product(s).

Other:

You may return a product, as long as you have contacted Customer Service by email to obtain a return authorisation (RA) number within seven calendar days of the date the products were shipped to you. You must then return the product(s) within seven days from the date of issuance of the RA number. Returns received by us beyond seven days from the issuance of a RA number will not be accepted for return. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to Peakhour Group and the shipping fee is non refundable. All RA requests will be confirmed to you via e-mail. Please do not send any goods to us prior to receiving this number.  Peakhour Group has the right to refuse to return any item in its sole discretion. We do not need provide a reason.  Examples where we may refuse a return include, but are not limited to:

  • is incomplete or missing parts. 
  • is not returned in its original packaging or the packaging has been opened. 
  • shows physical damage to the product or its packaging. 
  • does not include a valid RA number on the shipping label. 
  • has an expired RA number. 
  • is no longer offered for sale by Peakhour Group. 
  • the price of one or all of the goods ordered have changed. 

Due to the costs involved with processing returns and cancellations, a 15% re-stocking/cancellation fee will apply for change of mind returns/cancellations.
